Donald Trump once again dozed off during court proceedings on Tuesday, despite efforts by his lawyers to stop it, as reported by an on-site reporter.

MSNBC legal analyst Lisa Rubin, who was present in the courtroom during Donald Trump’s trial in the hush money case involving Stormy Daniels, was candid when providing her opinion on the former president.

The user is currently in sleep state. Once again, she informed the network’s Chris Jansing that lawyers have used various methods to prevent her from sleeping in court, as reported.

“When a sidebar occurs, a lawyer stays close to the person concerned, as leaving them unattended could cause them to fall asleep,” he said. “He constantly carries stacks of documents with him for review.”

However, these strategies do not appear to be effective for Donald Trump, as he has been reported to fall asleep several times during the trial.

He commented, “It appears that both of these factors have failed to save Donald Trump from his fatigue today.” Most of the time, when I watched Donald Trump react to the testimony, I saw that because his eyes were closed, he was not getting anything.

During a subsequent interview on the network, Rubin acknowledged the possibility of alternative explanations for Donald Trump’s closed eyes.

He told Chris Hayes that he displayed long periods of inactivity. Throughout the day, especially in the morning, I noticed that Donald Trump often closed his eyes. It is possible that he is engaged in meditation. It is possible that he is taking a nap. I can’t make any definitive statements on the matter, but it seems to me that he looked calm and relaxed.

Former US Attorney Harry Littman, who was present during the trial, expressed his opinion more directly.

“I brought binoculars,” he said. “We are discussing REM.” Really. He was down.

Donald Trump has jokingly called President Joe Biden “Sleepy Joe”, a nickname that some commentators noted would be difficult for him to use again due to his tendency to doze off during court proceedings.
